UREG (Office of the University Registrar) will be closed Monday, May 28st. All transcripts will be processed Tuesday, May 29th, and mailed Wednesday, May 30th.

  • If you have not been enrolled since 1995, please request a transcript by mail or in person. (Details)
  • The office of the University Registrar cannot process an order if you have a hold from Student Financial Services or Honor Committee.
  • As the transcript is a record of all academic work attempted at the University, it is not possible to segregate individual courses or semesters or to print only undergraduate or graduate work.
  • Are you receiving a degree this semester? If so, transcripts ordered prior to the official date of graduation will not include your degree. Please wait until after your degree has been posted to SIS to order your transcript if you want to have your graduation noted.

  • Pick-up requests will ONLY be available at the Office of the University Registrar in Charlottesville, VA after 1 pm, one business day after the order has been placed online. Your transcript(s) will only be held for pick up for 30 days.

The University cannot control delivery time of the U.S. Mail service or the Express Delivery carrier. UREG (Office of the University Registrar) cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery if the address information that is provided is incomplete or incorrect. If a requested official transcript is not delivered due to UREG administrative error, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
