Directions
for Currently-Enrolled Students:
- Log
on to ISIS Online using your student I.D. and Password
- If
you are not currently enrolled, you must change the term code to
a term in which you will be or were enrolled. If you graduated
in May and the default term in ISIS Online is summer, you must
enter the spring term during which you graduated; if you are new
to the University beginning in fall semester and the default term
in ISIS Online is summer, you must enter the upcoming fall term
code. For example, if you are expected to enroll for fall semester
2005 (053) and you request a VISTAA report during summer session
(052), you must enter 053 in the term code box prior to requesting
a VISTAA report.
- On the
next screen, under the Advising Services heading
- select “VISTAA
- Academic Audit” to create a VISTAA report for your
current major/minor/concentration
- select “VISTAA
- What If?” to create a VISTAA report for a major/minor/concentration
other than your current declared degree program. Choose your “what
if” degree program 1, degree 2 and degree 3
- On the
VISTAA Request or View screen, select "Request VISTAA Report"
- "Your
Request Has Been Submitted - Check Later" will appear
- Then,
select "View VISTAA Report"
- If your
audit has not yet finished running, you will be returned to the main
ISIS menu again; if it is ready, you will see your audit report
- Scroll
through your report to view; the report may be printed by clicking
on the Print button at the top of the screen
- Log
out of ISIS when you are finished viewing your VISTAA report
