The Sociology Department offers the Work in Progress Seminar as a forum for faculty and graduate students to present ongoing research and to receive constructive comments and criticism that will further its development. The seminar welcomes research that draws on the full range of substantive topics, methodological approaches, and theoretical perspectives within the discipline of sociology.
