Create an Event Request
Please note that you may not be able to request all of the spaces that you initially see from the "Public View" of The SOURCE (Your view prior to signing in).
Once you sign in, you will be able to request all of the spaces that you have access to view. Therefore if you are signed in and do NOT see a space that you are interested in reserving then the department responsible for that space has designated it to be a "restricted request" space.
If there is a special need to reserve a restriced request space, you must contact the scheduler responsible for that space and inquire if they will grant an exception. They will then create the event on your behalf. Please see the links to the "Department Scheduler Contact Lists" to the left of the page for their contact information.
You will create new requests using the "Event Wizard". To access the Wizard, follow these steps:
The SOURCE (Firefox or Chrome is the preferred browser) and log into your SOURCE account by using the "Sign In" button.
From your Home Page select one of the following:
The "Create an Event" button.
The link titled:
"I know WHEN my event should take place -- help me find a location!" or
"I know WHERE my event should take place -- help me choose a time!" The "Event Wizard" Tab

Once the Event Wizard opens, you will need to complete all fields marked with a red asterisk. Once all the required fields have been filled,
click the "Next" button to move to the next "card". Once all cards have been completed, you will be able to submit the requect by clicking "Save"

Once submitted, the event request will be routed to a Department Scheduler. They will contact you to confirm or deny your request.
Depending on the time of year and the schedulers workload, this may take several days for a response.
