Please note that because of a software issue, some event requests submitted between December 17th and January 8th were not saved to the SOURCE database even though the user received an auto-generated email upon submitting their request. Be sure to check your "My Pending Events"
and "My Tentative and Approved Requests"
to ensure your requests have been successfully saved. If you do not see your request in either of those locations, you must resubmit your request.
The software provider states that the issue has been resolved, but please continue to check your "My Pending Events"
immediately after submitting your request to ensure it processed successfully. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
