Graduate Student Lecture Series

The Graduate Student Lecture Series, sponsored by the Department of Spanish, Italian and Portuguese, is an opportunity for graduate students in the department to present their current research with their colleagues. Each semester two to three students present brief papers to their peers and professors, followed by a question and answer session that provides valuable practice and preparation for future professional conferences.

The Lecture Series generally takes place during the third month of the semester, and the Spring 2002 Lecture Series is scheduled for April 12 at 3:30 p.m. The location will be announced in the weeks to come.
