F&A and employee benefit rates agreement for FY12 and subsequent years

This rate agreement amendment includes the current DHHS approved fringe benefit rates and adds provisional rates for subsequent years that are to be used when submitting multiyear grant and contract proposals.

OSP Launches Effort@UVA

Faculty are now able to certify their own effort reports online via the new online Time and Effort Certification System.

The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) facilitates research and research administration at the University of Virginia. Reporting to the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, OSP signs off on grant applications, and negotiates contracts and grants with a wide variety of sponsors. Once an award has been made , OSP provides a comprehensive service in award administration and regulatory compliance. OSP is located in Carruthers Hall.
