Research Administration Guidebook

arrow

The Research Administration Guidebook is here!! It has been designed:

To be a primer on research administration processes at UVa.

To outline basic information about a range of research-related topics.

To provide references for additional information.

Although some school-specific research process details are included, its generic slant is intended to allow a wide scope of usage.

Look for an 'updates page' to be forthcoming . . .

Contact Gina Corell for additional information on the Guidebook at 243-8653.

Export Controls

arrow There are a number of United States export laws that directly affect University research known as Export Controls.

These Regulations exert governmental control and supervision of research involving technological, biological, and chemical and military- related research when a foreign national is involved in any segment of the research project.

The export controls web page provides a short powerpoint presentation and useful links.
