Changes to Notice of Award

Recipients of additional funds through supplements, renewals, continuations as well as award amendments or modifications should review documentation to check for updates/changes to existing terms and conditions.

Such changes may include any of the following items:

  • updates to referenced Sponsor terms and conditions
  • new specific Sponsor terms and conditions
  • changes or updates to property (title/ownership, government furnished/donated)
  • points of contact – such as Contracting Officers
  • changes to statements of work
  • deliverables, and more.

Changes can affect future decisions and actions as updated award terms and conditions will supercede previous pronouncements and references.
