Thank you for participating in the OSP document tracklog pilot. OSP maintains a document tracklog to track incoming documents/requests and all award actions. OSP uses this log internally to manage incoming documents and track their progess as they are processed through the office. Principal Investigators may also find this tool useful to see the actions on their awards. Please review the tracklog and provide us feedback on its usefullness to you in managing your awards. We have developed a short factsheet that explains how to access and use the tracklog. Based on feedback received, OSP has developed a list of common abbreviations and acroynms that OSP staff will use in entering comments to the tracklog. (Note: the use of these common abbreviations and acroynms is newly implemented and you may see comments in the tracklog from earlier entries that don't conform to this set of standard abbreviations). Please send us your feedback on your use of this tracklog and suggestions for improvements.
