Executive Secretary Senior

Provide support to the Executive Director and the Director of Administration with their responsibilities, including, but not limited to, clinical practice, quality assurance/accreditation, human resources, staff recruitment, orientation and development, student insurance, fiscal supervision, facilities, information technology, medical records, teaching, research, contracts and other legal issues, and liabilities. Expertise with Oracle (HR timekeeping), Outllook, Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, and Excel; skills include business writing; transcription of dictated and written letters, memos, and other communication; manuscript preparation; Internet research; excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication; and maintenance of active personnel files for over 100 employees. Ability to provide assistance and information to patients, parents, faculty and staff, identifying resources and referring calls appropriately.
