What
is BAC and why is it important?
Blood
Alcohol Concentration is defined in terms of the weight of ethanol (Ethyl alcohol) in a volume of blood or breath. In the United States the typical measure is grams of ethanol in 100 milliliters of blood or in 210 liters of breath and is reported as for example, .10 percent or .10.

BAC is
important because it is specific to each individual and their particular
drinking situation in terms of how many drinks and over what period
of time they drink.Information
