The Stop Smoking Center

Whether you have already quit smoking or are thinking about quitting smoking, this web program and Support Community will give you the help you need to succeed! Talk to experienced quitters in our Support Group, find a quitting buddy, or create your own free customized quit program that will track your progress and give you help when you need it most.

Quit Net

Quit Net is a FREE online support center for smokers trying to quit and for former smokers who want to stay quit. This resource offers a variety of services such as: a support community, real-time chat rooms, quitting advice and instant messaging and "buddy lists" with other members.

PATCH (Program Against Teen Chewing)

Created by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, the site aims at helping adolescents quit using spit tobacco (snuff or chewing). It provides tips on how to quit spit tobacco, as well as photographs demonstrating the potential dangers involved.

No Tobacco

This website is designed specifically for young people. It offers quitting tips, a photo gallery and a video archive of interesting tobacco facts.

Truth

This website combines innovative graphics and technology to present information about the tobacco industry that is usually not released to the public. The facts presented here are interesting and thought-provoking.

Joe Chemo

This is a highly interactive site that allows visitors to test their "Tobacco IQ," get a personalized "Smoke-o-Scope," and send free Joe Chemo E-Cards. There is also extensive information for teachers, anti-smoking activists, health care providers, journalists, and smokers who wish to quit.
