Tobacco Cessation

bike runners fruit path

Most U.Va. students (4 out of 5) don’t smoke or use tobacco*. Whether you’re looking for information on how to successfully quit using tobacco, how to help a friend quit, or what to do if you’ve relapsed, we can help!

Students can walk-in OHP anytime during normal business hours to get a free Quit Kit filled with fun and informative items.

Another great, convenient and free resource is the Virginia Tobacco Quitline. Call the toll-free number (1-800-784-8669) for personalized counseling and to learn about other tobacco cessation services located in our community.
