The course appears for credit.
Drop a Course while remaining enrolled in other Summer Session courses

Permissions Required
Instructor
Advisor and/or Dean for all but CLAS students in good standing with GPA's above 2.0.
Record on Transcript
No record; the course is deleted.
Refunds
Tuition can be refunded or credited to Summer Session account if course is dropped by 4:30 on the 2nd day class meets. Tuition cannot be refunded or credited after the 2nd day class meets.

Dean for all but CLAS students in good standing with GPA's above 2.0.
Chair of program area for SED/GED.
Record on Transcript
Course appears with a grade of W, WP, or WF, as assigned by instructor;
ARCH, SED, GED, SEAS, and GEAS students may receive W, WP, or WF.
CLAS, NURS, and GNUR students will receive a W.
SCC students are not allowed to withdraw.
Refunds
Tuition cannot be refunded or credited.
Withdraw Completely from the Summer Session and not finish any courses

Director of Summer Session & Dean of Students sign for all students.
Dean must sign for ARCH, SED, GED, SEAS, GEAS, NURS, GNUR, and CLAS
students with GPAs below 2.0 or not in good standing.
Instructor assigns grade and signs form.
Record on Transcript
No record if withdrawal is completed by 4:30 on the 2nd day class meets.
"Withdrawal" and date of withdrawal, if before midpoint.
"Withdrawal," date, course, and grade of W, WP, or WF, if after midpoint
& before withdrawal deadline.
Refunds
Tuition and fees fully refundable if withdrawal is completed by 4:30 on the 2nd day class meets.
Change Grade Options
Deadline For CLAS and UNCL students, before 4:30 on the midpoint of the course.
