David Hartman, Ph.D.
David Hartman has recently retired from CSR as its Senior Research Director. His duties will be taken over by Jim Ellis. Dave remains with CSR in a consulting capacity as a research scientist with extensive experience in statistical analysis. He has a Ph.D. in Marketing from Michigan State University. He has taught business courses in the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and the Broad School of Business Administration at Michigan State University. Prof. Hartman has for several years been the principal investigator for the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles studies of customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and motor carrier customer satisfaction which were conducted by CSR.
