Kate F. Wood, Ph.D.Kate Wood is director of Constitutional Officers' Education Programs at CSR's parent organization, the Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service at the University of Virginia. At CSR she serves in a consulting capacity as a senior project director. Dr. Wood also serves on the faculty of UVA's Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies program. In the past Dr. Wood has directed the Prince William County Citizen Satisfaction Survey, in which capacity she has served as primary client liaison, participated in questionnaire development, and authored the final report with Mr. Guterbock. In addition, she has consulted on a number of projects supported by the Lilly Endowment and the Louisville Center for the Study of Protestantism and American Culture. In her professional capacity at the Weldon Cooper Center she served as staff for the Summit Conferences on the Condition of Virginia's Cities, sponsored by the Moss Commission, Virginia State Senate, and is liaison to the Virginia Association of Counties at the annual Local Government Officials Conference.
