State Legislators Await Final Proposal on Charter Status

legislative forum panelistsA MOVING TARGET is how Del. Mitchell Van Yahres, D-57th (obscured), described the Charter proposal as state lawmakers, along with U.Va. President John T. Casteen III (far left), met for U.Va.’s annual legislative forum, held Friday. Barrett Prettyman Jr. ’53 — are on display in the Arthur Morris Law Library. Full story.
