Noah Peters’ column on Friday,“A justified position of self interest,” erroneously implied that Politics Prof. James Sofka had been dismissed from the University altogether. Sofka was dismissed from his post as Echols Dean and infosmed that his contract would not be renewed. However, Sofka continues to teach and receive full salary and benefits.
