Letter From President John T. Casteen Outlines Higher Education Changes

THE UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA is on the brink of changes, but one thing that will remain the same is the character and quality of Thomas Jefferson’s “great legacy.” In a letter to the University community, President John T. Casteen III outlines the Higher Education Restructuring Bill — the foundation upon which U.Va. is developing goals for strengthening higher education throughout Virginia. Although there remains much work to be done, it’s the good work and dedication of all members of the U.Va. community that promises to carry Jefferson’s vision forward. Full story.
