the U.Va.
Women’s Studies Center, Iris has transformed
itself into a glossy magazine that has
earned a national
readership.
And, though the journal for women remains
a small magazine, it delivers a powerful
punch, with content that “has always been
strong, honest, smart and quite different
from anything you’d find in mainstream
