Robinson’s Inquisitive Nature, Combined With Intellect, Enables Him to Work Legal Puzzles

University to Host Minority Career Day

Recruiters from 125 organizations are scheduled to participate in the 20th annual Minority Career Day, the largest minority recruiting event for college students in the mid-Atlantic region. The event, sponsored by University Career Services, will take place Oct. 28 at the Omni Hotel in Charlottesville. Attendees will include students from U.Va., as well as from colleges and universities in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Full story.

Dental Clinic, Health Fair Target Martinsville

U.Va.’s Health System, in partnership with the Virginia Dental Association and numerous other public and private organizations, have pledged support for a free dental clinic and health fair — set for Nov. 21-22 — for the residents of Martinsville , especially those who are underinsured or have no health insurance at all.
