Final Isabel Analysis: It Might Have Been Worse

Just how badly was the University hit when Isabel came roaring through town in September? Now that all the counting's done, it seems that U.Va. got off fairly easily. Sure, that brand-new shed took a beating, but fortunately, it was empty at the time. The final Isabel bill totaled about $1.6 million. Full Story.
