The Conjunction Of Art And Science Is The Topic Of A Talk By Art Historian Anne Collins At The University Of Virginia

March 14, 2000 -- A specialist in imaging and technological advances that have brought science and art together in the postmodern era, Anne Collins, visiting assistant professor at U.Va.’s McIntire Department of Art will give a lecture on Wednesday, March 22 at 5:30 p.m. in Campbell Hall, Room 160. Her lecture is titled "Nine Evenings of Theater and Engineering: On the Failure and Success of Art and Technology." A reception will follow in Fayerweather Hall.
