Bayly Art Museum Sponsors Members Trip to Montreal Museum of Fine Arts and Ottawa Museum of Fine Arts July
19-23

June 30, 2000 --Members of the Bayly Museum of Art are invited to attend an art tour of Canada featuring major exhibitions of French painting. The trip will take place July 19-23, 2000.

The Walter Guillaume Collection of From Renoir to Picasso will be hosted by the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts and will feature eighty-one masterpieces, including Cezanne, Picasso, Matisse, and Renoir.

Monet, Renoir and the Impressionist Landscape organized by the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, will be on display in the Ottawa Museum of Fine Arts. Sixty-four works by old masters, including Corot, Courbet, Pissaro, Cezanne, Monet, Renoir, Sisley, Gaugin, and Van Gogh, are part of the exhibition.

Spaces on the tour are still available. The cost of the tour is $939 per person and does not include airfare. First class accommodations will be at the Hotel Queen Elizabeth in Montreal. The cost of the tour includes accommodations, deluxe motor coach, and some meals.
