Opportunity: Days on the Lawn at U.Va. April 4, 2001-- WHAT: Days on the Lawn at the University of Virginia WHEN: Friday, April 13; Monday, April 16; Friday, April 20 WHERE: The Lawn at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville ALSO: Dean of Admission John Blackburn will speak from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. each day. More than 1,000 eager high schoolers and their parents will participant in "Days on the Lawn" at the University of Virginia. The three-day event is designed for newly admitted students and their families. Sponsored by the Office of Admission, it provides new students an overall taste of University life. They will be able to observe classes, student panel discussions about U.Va. and musical performances. Events are open to invited students and their families.
