Fall Lecture Series: "Building and Grounds in Transition"

Award Winning New York Architects To Speak At U.Va. School Of Architecuture

WHO: Stephen Cassell and Adam Yarinsky, partners in the award-winning New York City firm ARO (Architecture Research Office)

WHAT: Lecture: "Research in Practice"

WHEN: Friday, Nov. 9, 5 p.m.

WHERE: U.Va. School of Architecture

Adam Yarinsky is the Harry S. Shure Visiting Professor in the U.Va. School of Architecture this semester. He and partner Stephen Cassell have won numerous awards for their work, including a National Honor Award for Interior Design from the American Institute of Architects and a Design Award from the New York Chapter of the American Institute of Architects for their design of the U.S. Armed Forces Recruiting Station in Times Square. ARO was chosen as an Emerging Voice for 2001 by the Architectural League of New York.
