The
Thomas Jefferson Center for Educational Design and the Department
of Leadership, Foundations and Policy in the University of Virginia's
Curry School of Education are hosting a symposium lunch on new designs
in elementary schools.
Representatives
from three newly built or renovated schools will lead discussions.
The symposium will focus on how the schools' environments relate
to educational programming and how people within the schools perceive
instructional spaces.
