PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT


ELECTED OFFICIALS WILL DISCUSS EDUCATION ISSUES

	State Sen. Ed Robb and Del. Mitch Van Yahres will discuss a
broad range of education issues during a town meeting Friday, April
21, at the University of Virginia.  During the meeting, held from
2:30 to 4:30 p.m. in Ruffner Hall auditorium in the Curry School of
Education, the representatives will review education topics
considered during the 1995 session of the Virginia General
Assembly.  They will also forecast how such issues as family-life
education, school prayer and special education will fare in future
legislative sessions.  Parking for the free public event is
available in the new parking garage across the street from the Curry
