STUDENT PRESENTATIONS ON TEACHING ISSUES WILL RANGE FROM SECULAR EDUCATION TO ECOLOGY CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., April 2 -- Nearly 50 graduate and undergraduate students in the University of Virginia's Curry School of Education will present their findings about current issues and topics related to teaching during the "Sharing Our Voices" conference April 3-4 in Ruffner Hall. The student presentations will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday. As a part of the two-day conference, Margaret Grogan, an assistant professor in the Curry School's educational leadership and policy studies department, will give a presentation on the moral and ethical perceptions of women superintendents. The talk on April 4 will begin at 3 p.m. in room G004B of Ruffner Hall. Sponsored by the Curry Education Council, the conference is planned by students as an opportunity to share information gained from research associated with their dissertations, class projects or interests. "We view the conference as a professional development opportunity.
