PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT A Kwanza Fest to celebrate the African-American harvest will be held at Runk Dining Hall in Hereford College at the University of Virginia on Saturday, Dec. 10. The first part of the program for children and families is free and will be held from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. It features storytelling, making crafts and a performance by the Mahogany Dance Troupe. From 5 to 6:30 p.m., all-you-can-eat African and Caribbean cuisine will be served in Runk Dining Hall, followed by the Chihamba ensemble, who will dance to traditional music and jazz, and a Kwanza ceremony. The evening event costs $5.99 per person. Co-sponsors of the festival are Hereford College, the Office of African-American Affairs, the Luther P.
