EDUCATION WEEK PUBLISHER TO GIVE PUBLIC TALK DEC. 10 AT U.VA. CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., Dec. 9 -- Ronald A. Wolk, publisher and former editor of Education Week, will be the final speaker in the semester's Curry Forum on Educational Issues at the University of Virginia. Wolk will speak at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, in Room 004C of Ruffner Hall. During his talk, Wolk will discuss changes and trends in education that he has witnessed over a 20-year period while editor of Education Week, a weekly tabloid described as "American education's newspaper of record." Wolk recently stepped down as editor of Education Week.
