PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

	The Rev. Henry Silva of Charlottesville, a longtime leader
in the civil rights movement nationally, will speak at 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 22, in Room 119 at the University of Virginia School
of Law.  His talk, titled ÒCivil Rights:  Yesterday, Today and
TomorrowÓ and open to the public, is sponsored by the Black Law
Students Association.  Long active in the national Southern
Christian Leadership Conference and in behalf of community
organization efforts, he is a frequent speaker on human relations,
equal employment opportunity and civil rights.
