PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT Want to have a say in how the area's public schools will change if Charlottesville reverts to town status? Then attend a March 5 "Community Conversation on K-12 Public Education." The session, to be held from 7 to 9:30 p.m. in the Albemarle County Office Building, will examine one central question: "According to parents, teachers and other educators, what does and doesn't work in our schools?" The free event is sponsored by a group of educational organizations, including the University of Virginia's Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service and the Curry School of Education. For more information, contact U.Va.'s Curry School at (804) 924-3332. ### February 13, 1997 START DATE: Feb. 26, 1997 KILL DATE: March 6, 1997
