Update on Congressman Joe Moakley's medical condition
per Dr. William Stevenson:

Congressman Moakley is now in good condition.  His liver is functioning 
well and he is alert and talking.  He is resting comfortably and is making 
good progress in his recuperation.

He will probably remain hospitalized at the University of Virginia Medical 
for several more weeks while his doctors adjust and monitor his anti 
rejection medication.

Congressman Moakley underwent liver transplant surgery at U.Va. On July 10.
