ON U.S. SUPREME COURT'S V.M.I. DECISION

	The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to decide this week
whether the state-funded Virginia Military Institute can be forced
to admit women or whether the leadership program for women at Mary
Baldwin College renders VMI's male-only policy constitutional.  Law
