PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

	De Lacy Davis, an East Orange, N.J., police officer who won
the National Black Police AssociationÕs top community policing award
last year, will give a public talk at the University of Virginia
School of Law at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, March 7.  His talk on ÒThe
Reality of Police BrutalityÓ in Room 119 is sponsored by the Black
Law Students Association.  Davis, a frequent lecturer,
youth-outreach worker and community workshop organizer, is the
