PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT


	David Orr, chair of the Environmental Studies Program at
Oberlin College and a leading expert on environmental policy and
education, will be the guest lecturer for an "Environmental Choices"
class at the University of Virginia on March 31.

	Orr's talk in U.Va. architecture dean William McDonough's
class will be from 1-1:50 p.m. in Old Cabell Hall auditorium and is
open to the public.

	Orr is the author of "Ecological Literacy and the Transition
to a Post-Modern World" and "Earth in Mind" as well as numerous
articles on environmental policy, sustainability and education.
