More than 10,000 employees are eligible to participate in "hospital olympics" during NATIONAL HOSPITAL WEEK, MAY 8-12. Some activities include: Monday, May 8. Noon. BED PAN RELAY. McKim Hall Picnic Area. Tuesday, May 9. Noon. WHEEL CHAIR OBSTACLE COURSE. McLeod Hall Patio. Friday, May 12. NOON. WATERMELON SEED SPITING AND PIE EATING. Cafeteria Patio. More serious events include an outstanding employee recognition program, employee health screenings, hospital tours and cafeteria specials. Hospital Week is intended as a way to say thanks to employees for their efforts throughout the year. Previously, the celebration was centered around picnics and ice cream socials, but this year organizers decided to introduce some fun to the festivities. ### May 4, 1995
