PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT Three Public Events at U.Va.'s Miller Center Masato Kitagawa, a leading Japanese businessman and executive vice president of Chiyoda Corp., will speak on "A World in Change" on Wednesday, May 8, at 11 a.m. "A Quarterly Conversation" on world affairs with Lawrence S. Eagleburger, former Secretary of State, will be held Friday, May 10. On Monday, May 13, Dr. Kenneth R. Crispell, former vice president for health sciences at U.Va., and U.Va. law professor emeritus Daniel J. Meador, will be joint recipients of the 15th Burkett Miller Award. Dr. Crispell inspired the Miller Center to undertake a commission on "Presidential Disability and the 25th Amendment." Meador was a member of that commission as well as the center's current commission on the "Selection of Federal Judges." Both will speak at the 11 a.m. event. All events, free and open to the public, will be held at the University of Virginia's Miller Center of Public Affairs, located at 2201 Old Ivy Road.
