James, the chairman and chief executive officer of Raymond James Financial, Inc., will describe managing growth in the securities industry during a talk Monday, Nov. 1, at 1:10 p.m. in Room 210 of the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business Administration. James is a member and past chairman of the Securities Industry Association board.
