	TALK MARKS UNITED NATIONS' 50TH ANNIVERSARY

	University of Virginia law professor Richard Lillich will
discuss human rights as part of a United Nations Day observance.
Lillich, who specializes in international law and human rights, will
give his talk at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 24, in Minor Hall Room
225.  His presentation is co sponsored by the U.Va. International
Relations Organization, the Charlottesville-Albemarle League of
Women Voters and the International Center.  For more information,
