2009-2010 Fine Arts Supplement Submission Information/Evaluation

Students with exceptional talent in art, dance, drama or music, and who plan to major, minor or participate in the arts are encouraged to submit an optional Arts Supplement. Supplements are evaluated by appropriate departmental faculty members. Completed fine arts evaluations are confidential, and ratings are combined with all other application materials to be considered in the final decision by the Admission Committee. Architecture portfolios will not be evaluated.

If you are submitting material to more than one department, please complete a separate form for each department or musical instrument. Send your art supplement separately from your application forms and all other admission materials. Please do not send originals, as the materials will not be returned.

Please do not write your social security number on any arts supplement item.
