CONGRATULATIONS on your acceptance to the University of Virginia! We invite you to join us for Days on the Lawn, our special program for admitted students. During Days on the Lawn you will encounter the University's remarkable variety of programs and people. At every step you'll meet students and faculty eager to help you discover the many facets of the U.Va. experience.

WHAT TO EXPECT

These days are celebrating you and your accomplishments, as well as introducing you to our community’s talents and skills. Each Day will begin with a Welcome Address on the Rotunda steps. There you’ll enjoy refreshments, speak with University students and faculty, and register to attend classes. After the welcome you may want to explore the Grounds during one of our student-led tours before heading off to that Astronomy class you so eagerly chose. In the afternoon you may listen to a panel discussion where students speak about their own experiences at U.Va. Our flexible schedule also will leave you plenty of time to wander the Grounds and have informal conversations with students who will be your classmates, should you decide to come to the University.

We look forward to seeing you for Days on the Lawn! Please be sure to register for one of the Days as attendance is limited. Should registration close, you may add yourself to the waitlist, or you are welcome to visit on any day in April that is not designated as a Day on the Lawn.

Nursing students, please note that Nursing information sessions will only be available on April 2nd, 9th, and 20th. We appologize for any inconvenience.
