Outreach Apply Now!

Welcome! We are excited to share with you valuable information as a student of color beginning the college search process. My name is Valerie Gregory and I am an Assistant Dean and the Director of the Outreach Office within the Office of Admission. The Outreach Office was established in November 1999 to welcome students from underrepresented groups to the University of Virginia. We help students compete successfully in the admission process and give students general information about finding a college that will help them reach their potential and achieve their dreams.

As you begin to evaluate colleges, please feel free to contact the Outreach Office. We will be more than happy to answer your questions about U.Va. specifically or college admissions in general. We know you have many important decisions to make about your future, and want to be as helpful as possible. The best of luck to you this year and we look forward to staying in contact with you.
