Libraries Committee

Charge

The Libraries Committee shall advise the President and Executive Vice President and Provost on all matters affecting the University libraries, including materials, services, facilities and equipment, space, organization, and management. In addition, it shall act as a forum for faculty, student, and administration viewpoints, and discharges other responsibilities as assigned.

Committee Structure:

The Committee shall consist of:

• 20 at-large faculty and staff members
• University Librarian and the librarians from the Darden, Health Sciences, and Law libraries (ex-officio members without term)
• Four at-large student members
