The marks of the University of Virginia are controlled under a licensing program administered by the Collegiate Licensing Company. Any use of these marks will require the written approval of either the University of Virginia or the Collegiate Licensing Company.

Trademark Symbol (®) Usage Requirement
Any use of the University of Virginia identity on products for resale must carry the federally registered trademark symbol (®). The symbol is not required for internal University uses, such as stationery and business cards.
