Colors & Typography

A significant factor in the success of the University's unified graphic identity is adherance to a standard color palette. The table below lists specifications for the identity's standard colors in most of the major color models in use today:

The University identity is designed to stand on its own within a broad variety of design styles. Therefore, especially with printed pieces, there are no restrictions on the typefaces that may be used in conjunction with the artwork provided. However, the artwork itself should use only the standard faces, and those pieces that are part of the core identity (i.e. stationery, signage, vehicles) should also be restricted to the standard faces.

The standard typefaces are Adobe Caslon and Myriad Black.
