The University of Virginia Police Department can assist you in organizing a special event within the UVa Community. Services offered include traffic control and security.

If you are planning an organized walk or run, the special event application and map of the troute must be forwarded to

Download and complete the Special Event Application form and mail it along with the route map to Becky Campbell at our Crime Prevention Unit. Application should be submitted 30 days prior to the event.
