PRINTING - Campaign Stationery

Letterhead Business Cards Envelopes Labels Notecards & Pads Folders

The Office of Development and Public Affairs has created stationery designs for use by University units in their outside communications about the Campaign. These are now ready for use. This stationery should be used for campaign-related activities only. The Office of Development and Public Affairs must review and approve any alterations to these designs other than text changes. Each design family includes a logo for each unit.

You can order any of the following types of stationery:

8.5x11" letterhead (with or without the names of your Board-please specify)

Monarch letterhead (7.25x10) ((with or without the names of your Board-please specify)

Business card (two-sided)

Envelopes (#9, #10, Monarch, 9x12”, 11.5x14.5”)

Labels (Avery 5164 (six up)

Notepads (Standard 5.5x8.5”, small 4.25x5.5”)

Standard Campaign notecard (4.25x7.25”)

Folded campaign note card (3.25x7.25”)

Order Instructions

Before ordering, be sure to review the official University Stationery Content Guidelines. When filling out the order form please make sure you indicate in the description box the design family you want (as listed above) and the exact type/size of stationery, envelope or notecard you wish to order. Also, please note that all Campaign letterhead, business cards and envelopes are printed three-color, on a standard, watermarked UVA paper.
